UPDATE II: It IS Lou!
UPDATE: It appears to be just a rumor. On pins and needles here waiting to hear the verdict…
Can it be?
Heidi Klum and Seal have dubbed their precious newborn baby girl “Lou.” Lou Samuel, no less.
Guess the child will be so beautiful she can pull off any name! She’ll fit right in with Jagger, Charlie, Sam, and some other lovely little ladies who’ve made their way into the world in the last year or so.
What’s next? Gus? Harry? Arnold?
I’m going to call her Louisa. ;-D
Now PLEASE don’t let the birth of Heidi’s baby overshadow Shelly’s. Go help her.

Y’know, with Leni, Johan, and Henry, you’d expect more from her. Lou, I could come to terms with. Maybe. But really, Samuel???? It is just. not. right.

Samuel is Seal’s last name, not the middle name.
I just realized that about 10 seconds ago. Oopsie! Okay, so Lou isn’t exactly atrocious. But Louise or Louisa would wonderful.
It would be nice if it were just a rumor. Maybe that would take Lou off the table. Let’s hope we’ve been had!
I refuse to believe that Lou is her full name. It would not make sense. Both the boys have multiple middles names. Lou may be a nickname, but there’s more to the story than what we are being told. Maybe it is Louella (middle name) Samuel?
I have been anticipating what they may name their baby, and I’m underwhelmed with this. Say it isn’t so!

Speaking of Seal’s last name being Samuel, does anyone have any idea why Heidi Klum is petitioning the court for a name change to Heidi Samuel?
The rest of us just submit our marriage certificate with our paperwork and that takes care of it.
I suspect her legal team was more than happy to spend her money doing it this way; my hubby suspects it’s because of her business interests.
Anyone know?
