I’m so jealous that you met Ramona Sarsgaard. Man I love the name Ramona. Its so fresh to my ears.

I wonder if Auggie was short for August.

Charlie and Ian just make me smile!

Is Naia pronounced “Nye-ah” or “Nay-ah”?

I think Kofi is very very cool, too cool in fact for me to ever use.

Ramona Sarsgaard was SO cute! She had the sweetest little bubble pantsuit on, in kind of a mauve color, with navy sandals. She’s a good little girl. Maggie looked great too in a black fifties style sundress and a chin length do. Ramona is a dynamite name.

I don’t know what Auggie is short for. August would be my guest. Ever since I heard it I am really contemplating Auggie as a nickname for a baby for us…

Give me a Charlie and an Ian any day. Perennial classics. Happy names.

Naia is Nye-ah.

Kofi’s mother explained to me that no, he wasn’t named after Kofi Annan, but everybody thinks he was. In Ghana his name actually means “born on a Friday”, which he was, and so he got his name.

Okay a little off topic, but did anyone see that Ethan Hawke and his girlfriend named their little girl Clementine Jane? I think it’s adorable. What do you think?

Crap. They did? I love that name, and don’t want anything, even if it’s in my top 20, winding up on celebribabies! They did a good job though. Better than Ryan’s parents (the mother), in my opinion. Clementine Jane is a lovely combination. Free spirited, classic, loads of history, and off-beat. Thanks for the news, Kim!

Both Claudia Schiffer and Cybill Shepherd already have Clementines, so I guess I’m not too miffed. Still…
